I'm after a many years break going back to swimming. I use to swim in High school, and loved it was never fast but a steady good swimmer. So as of recently I joined a gym and they have a pool which is lovely. My endurance is getting better, but I'm kinda outa shape. I have started by swimming what I feel safe in. Sets of 100 free. My first swimming goal that I am giving myself is to swim a mile. so that's all i have for now. will keep all posted on my proress.
