Today's workout....middle distance stuff.

Warmup:
300: 75 Fr/25Bk
300: 75 Fr/25 Br

(some swim I forgot, it was middle distance.....)

3x200 Free @ 3:45 descending
3x200 IM w/ fins @ 3:45 descending (fly kick on breastroke)
3x200 kick/swim by 25's @ 3:45 descending and trying to match last 200 free of first set
300 broken at each 50 for 5/5/10/10/15 seconds
easy 50

2700 yards (not including the swim I can't remember)
I remember counting up the yardage after practice with another one of my teammates and the tally was 3100 but I am totally blanking on the first swim we did after warm up...

Hi! Thanks for your acupuncture suggestion about my IT Band.

What do you think of Total Immersion swimming, Terry Laughlin's method of fish-like swimming? I'm starting to read and try it hard core.
