After being out for three months with a shoulder injury, I went back to swimming today! Hooray! My shoulder hurt a little bit, so I had to shorten my stroke to adjust for pain free ROM but today was sprint day: butterfly and freestyle, my two favorites (and unfortunately the ones that are least friendly to shoulder injuries). My rhythm was off a bit but I was still able to lead with the help of my teammates -- I can never remember the order of some of the swims he gives us -- but here it is:
Warmup:
8/7/6/5/4 lengths swimming, last 25 of each is kick (no board)

12x75 broken up into groups of 4:
75 fly/free/fly by 25's
75 butterfly kick underwater
75 sprint free
75 easy
(900/1650)
30x25 broken up into groups of 10:
4x25 butterfly kick
3x25 fly
2x25 hypoxic
1x25 recovery
